Student Mentoring Program
The IIDA Student Mentoring Program is one of the most dynamic mentoring programs in the interior design industry. Every year, IIDA pairs more than 500 students across the U.S. with mentors that work in the interior design industry as interior design professionals, manufacturer representatives, dealers, interior design educators, and more to take students out of the classroom and into the real world of interior design.

Student Design Competition
Sponsored by OFS and Carolina, students can showcase their work and gain exposure in the interior design industry for designs based on real-world challenges. First, second, and third place winners receive $2,500, $1,500, and $750.
IIDA Campus Centers
Form or be active in an IIDA Campus Center to connect with students, educators, and administrators on your campus. You'll work closely with your local IIDA chapter on programming, educational opportunities, and events while gaining valuable leadership opportunities and professional connections.

IIDA Student membership is designed for the interior design student interested in professional development opportunities and expanding their professional network within the design industry. All IIDA memberships run on the calendar year, January through December.
Annual Student Dues: $60
We offer a special rate exclusively to graduating IIDA Student members who wish to upgrade to an Associate membership. Reach out to membership@iida.org for details.
